An excellent natural anti-bacterial; it surpasses eating fresh garlic, which can be tiresome. This tried-and-tested extract works well, but remember, like other antibiotics, it can affect the gut's beneficial microbiome. Probiotics should be taken separately to maintain beneficial bacteria.

I take it twice a day (with breakfast and dinner) alongside caprylic acid and grapefruit seed extract for thrush. I've accepted it for a week, and the effect is definitely noticeable. If this effect continues even after I stop, it would be miraculous, as I have struggled to eliminate this bacterial infection with pills and other methods for six months after recovering from Covid.

Minor infection relief
My go-to anti-infection remedy, odourless garlic, helps me combat minor infections. As soon as I feel something starting, I take two servings two to three times a day until the bacterial infection is resolved.
